Nadat wij absurde prijzen kregen van een ander bedrijf, contact opgenomen met spoedservice voor een vrijblijvende offerte.meer dan ruim tevreden over de geleverde diensten, alsmede de service.totaal hebben wij 4 bedrijven een offerte laten maken,en absoluut het betere bedrijf was voor ons spoedservice duurzaam verwarmen .meteen onderhouds contract afgesloten en sindsdien werkt alles perfect.

Ik belde dat mijn ketel in storing stond en dat het waarschijnlijk te maken had met achterstallig onderhoud. Dezelfde dag stond er een monteur voor de deur en is mijn ketel storing vrij en weer onderhouden. Ik heb gelijk een contract afgesloten zodat het jaarlijks onderhoud er niet bij inschiet. Ik ben zeer tevreden, snel, professioneel en vakkundig.
De monteur heeft het gasblok vervangen, ter waarde van €211,= en de ketel functioneerde weer. De reparatie moest direct aan de deur, per pin betaald worden.Twee dagen later gaf de ketel weer dezelfde storing. Uiteraard hebben wij weer Spoedservice Duurzaam Verwarmen gebeld. Zij wilden NIET komen omdat het probleem "voor 99,9% ZEKER" een aarde-lek zou zijn in de elektrische installatie van ons huis! Daarop hebben wij een elektricien gevraagd om de elektrische installatie door te meten en te repareren. Er bleek geen sprake te zijn van een aarde-lek. Weer Spoedservice gebeld, maar die wilden toch niet komen. Daarna hebben wij een ANDER CV onderhoudsbedrijf gevraagd, die constateerden dat bij het vervangen van het gasblok eerst/ook de ontstekings- kabel, trafo en elektrode vervangen dienen te worden ter waarde van nog geen €45,= omdat de kans groot is dat daar de storing vandaan komt. Ontsteking vervangen, storing opgelost.
Kortom: het duurste onderdeel is direct en waarschijnlijk onnodig vervangen, hetgeen al zeker niet duurzaam is, en bij terugkeer van het probleem was Spoedservice Duurzaam Verwarmen niet bereid om terug te komen en lag het probleem zogenaamd bij ons en hadden wij al betaald. Ik zou dit bedrijf zeker niet aanbevelen.
